a letter

Coronavirus

When I heard that the government are going to closed all public places including schools, campus and office, I know that it's gotten worse. The numbers of people who got infected keep increasing everyday. I feel anxious and afraid that I might getting infected and carried it to another person. I've been doing the self-quarantine like what the government told us. I've been doing the self-quarantine for almost a month. The school gave us tons of homeworks.

When I read lots of news about coronavirus I become so anxious and started having negative thoughts. So, I stopped reading or watching things that aren't making me feel better. In these kind of situations it is important to take care of your mental health. When you're feeling afraid, try to do a positive habit to strengthen yourself. Send loving thoughts to your closest person. Feeling love keeps us healthier.
